Add, delete, edit names, nicknames, positions, photos and move anyone to another outlet.
Monthly Roster
Choose any month. Weekdays are automatically aligned with calendar dates.
Click Edit Month beside an employee to update that employee's full monthly schedule. A password is required when saving changes.
Organization Chart
Photos, full names, nicknames and positions are grouped by outlet.
Outlets
Add, rename or delete outlets. Renaming an outlet updates every employee assigned to it.

The default editing password is 00000. You can change it here at any time.
Backup
Export your roster data before major changes. Imported backups replace the data currently stored in this browser.
Important: this static Cloudflare Pages version stores data and the editing password in the browser (Local Storage). It is convenient for a single device, but it is not a secure multi-user database. For shared use across multiple phones, connect the app to Cloudflare D1 / Workers and server-side authentication.
